Sam & Tink: A "Tangled" Tennessee Wedding

Have you ever seen the movie "Tangled?" It is one of my favorite Disney movies ever. So you can imagine how excited I was to photograph Sam & Tink's Tangled-inspired Tennessee wedding. There was such a magical feeling to the day - Tink looked amazing in her strapless wedding gown surrounded by deep purple flowers, purple bridesmaid dresses and purple and white garlands draped through the Springhouse Worship and Arts Center. Through the entire day, it was easy to see what an incredible couple Sam & Tink are and how many people absolutely love them. The ceremony was so moving and the reception at Lancaster Christian Academy was ROCKIN! After the choreographed wedding party dance, I knew we were in for some great dance shots! At the end of the night, reminiscent of a scene from Tangled, guests released floating laterns into the fall night sky. It was beautiful!!!



Sam and Tink, it was such a privilege to photograph your wedding and meet all of your awesome friends and family! I wish you nothing but the best as you walk through life together!

August & Aimee: Country Chic Wedding - Lebanon, TN

August & Aimee traveled from Chicago for a beautiful country destination wedding in Lebanon, Tennessee. It was SO hot, but you would never have known it watching the bride and groom and their families. They had a blast and they were all so fun to work with! Aimee looked radiant with her red hair, surrounded by sunflowers and the green gardens of St. Stephen's Catholic Church. August could not stop smiling at her! We had lots of fun using the parisols the bride brought to give the wedding a southern plantation feel. The reception was held at a private residence where the guests had traditional southern fare like fried apples, mac and cheese and fried chicken. Family and friends enjoyed cupcakes and chocolate covered strawberries for dessert and the danced the night away. It was a wonderful celebration for two people who are obviously very much in love and happy to be married. August and Aimee - it was so wonderful to meet you and get to be a part of your wedding day.
